Thank you. Inspired me. I think another misunderstanding is that you need to control yourself and be strict with yourself. Often I feel this way and like you said. If you become like dirt and let go it gets easier. I'm new to this but when I let go its like I can connect more. I have no guards up or rules I force myself to follow.
