And then the question came to me, "what am I even running away from?" For once in my life and shockingly, my mind does not give me an answer. Mind is clear. But I don't really have an answer – I honestly feel like I don't even know what I'm running from. Some sort of pain and fear but it's vague. What to do in these situations? I think all I can do is surrender to the not knowing? That feels like humility and truth.
