Bro, I was in the exact same loop you’re describing. Trapped in the same storyline, same circumstances, watching everything spin in repetitive patterns no matter what I tried externally. Here’s what broke me out:
The breakthrough isn’t about changing your circumstances – it’s about changing your BEING. You’re probably still operating from the energy of “I need to escape this situation” or “I’m trapped and need to get out.” That energy, no matter how spiritual it sounds, is still the energy of limitation and lack.
What shifted everything for me was when I stopped trying to manifest FROM my trapped situation and started embodying the states I wanted AS IF THEY WERE ALREADY TRUE. Not “I will be free someday” but “I AM FREE right now.” Feel it in your energy body, not just think it. The key is your nervous system has to believe you’re already that thing energetically before reality can reflect it. If you’re still relating to your circumstances as something you need to escape from, you’re energetically confirming you’re trapped.
This isn’t about positive thinking – this is about literally becoming the energetic frequency of what you want to experience. Once that becomes your natural state, the external storyline HAS to change because you’re no longer a vibrational match to being stuck.
