No longer suffering needlessly. Saying goodbye to emotions that waste my precious life energy. Selecting people that are on the same page or neutral. No longer putting up with BS. The spirit is guiding me even when I feel like going in the opposite direction. I get a strong message to stay put and be patient. It’s funny sometimes how the mind works to pull me into trouble. At my age (55+), I have no doubt that there is no going back to the old ways. Having had to deal with multiple chronic health issues gives me a different perspective on life. Subsequently, being at peace is a high priority. “All you need to do is let go all the way.” Amen.

And yes I have addiction . Because I don’t understand how I can function and go out into the world and work and do something for them when I desire nothing for me?
